There is free parking right outside the apartment. The area is family friendly with playground and park only 100 meters from the apartment. The balcony is equipped with barbecue and good seating. Newly produced apartment in Bjerke with plenty of room. Perfect for those who want both proximity to nature and the city centre. You will find Grefensenkollen, Linderud Gård and several other nature areas and walks just around the corner. You can easily get further via the subway which is 5 minutes away that takes you to the city center in 12 minutes. The apartment is in a quiet, quiet and very pleasant neighborhood with grocery stores like Rema 1000, Meny and Kiwi a few minutes away. The apartment has and a large balcony and barbecue.

Leiligheten brukes også av meg og inneholder personlige ting. Det skal være stille innen klokken 23:00 i bygget. Festing og røyking inne er ikke lov.

Here you get an authentic Oslo experience away from touristic crowds, while you are still well connected to reach everything you need and all the gems the city has to offer. Back in Risløkka

Peaceful property in Risløkka, Oslo. Close to bus lines and metro, and 20 minutes on pushbike to central Oslo. The garden is large and a bit unkempt, sorry, with wild animals, birds and the neighbours' cats. Lots of places to sit, with either sun or shade. Spacious inside too, with interior from the 50's and 60's. And lots of plants! We enjoy our house, hope you will too. Staying a while? Please help us feed the fish and water the plants. :)

Stay in central Oslo

Peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is in a dead end street with little traffic. There are terraces on both sides. The entrance side is facing a free area without traffic. It takes about 25 minutes by bus 31 from the city center, the bus runs 24/7. The property is close to great hiking areas in Lillomarka in summer and winter. Grefsenkollen, Årvollåsen, the throwstone and Ole Høiland's cave.
