My new, beautiful and detached house at the border crossing to Luxembourg, which I have created with a lot of passion, fulfills all dreams. It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. You will simply enjoy the spectacular view of the Mosel region and the beautiful garden. Of course, you can feel free to go to the garden and enjoy the sun or the pleasant shadow under the trees. In the cold evenings you may choose either to enjoy the fireplace in the garden or in the flat.

- Pets on request only "Katjas Ferienwohnung" is located in Nittel in Rheinland-Pfalz and is a great starting point for discovering the beautiful Mosel region as well as the nearby Luxemburg. The apartment features a living room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave and one bathroom with a shower. The amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a children's highchair and a cot (both on request).

The small village of Schoos is located in the UNESCO Global Geopark Mëllerdall. The hiking trails start opposite the apartment, where there is also a bus stop. Mersch is 8 minutes away by bus. Public transport is free in Luxembourg. Free parking.

The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
