In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

You can expect an idyllic & quiet farm of almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park, you will find cycle paths, extensive lakes, forests & a lot of peace and quiet. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not allowed to stay.

Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom and kitchen were modernized in 2023. If you have any questions, just ask. Hallway on the ground floor is shared . ( entrance area ) Wifi / Netflix available. Parking in front of the door . A yard is available with a sitting area

Calm loft in the heart of Leipzig

If you like it rather unconventional, this is the right place for you. The loft is located in a very quiet courtyard in a farm building from the turn of the last century. There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

House with garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city centre (tram every 10 min, stop virtually on the doorstep). It is about 20 minutes by car to the city centre, and about 30 minutes by train or bike. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out bed. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.
