Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

Shepherds Rest Annexe

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Hygge at Springfield House

Located in the village of Crockerton only 5 minutes from Longleat and Center Parcs. Detached from the main house with plenty of off road parking our stylish Scandi studio apartment has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room a lounge/kitchen featuring a double sofa bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen has full, but very basic, cooking amenities making this an ideal haven for a mini ‘hygge’ break or work trip. Toiletries are provided together with food and drink starter pack.

Numerous attractions including cheddar gorge, Wookey hole and stourhead gardens The Jurassic coast is approx 1hr 20 min away by car If bringing cycles it is possible to store cycles in owners barn/shed
