We are a work in progress, working farm, providing a comfortable and warm stay after a day of adventure. Hamsterley village is only 4miles away with a lovely pub with great food and drink as well as the club with great beer! Woodland village is also located nearby too with a pub opening Thursday-Sunday for drinks.

Newly converted stone Byre and Hemmel appointed to a very high standard. They are located on a working farm on the edge of the Durham Dales with amazing views and let as one. Byre: Log burner, dining and comfy living space with two bedrooms and bathroom. Hemmel: two bedrooms and wet room /toilet. Private parking and patio area with wood fired hot tub. Close to Durham, Barnard Castle, Teesdale and Weardale as well as the beautiful Northumberland Coast. Everything you could wish for and more!
