The 1880 Breton farmhouse is very close to the sea and at the foot of a pretty wood. Ideal location for this 100 m2 house, with 3 bedrooms, completely renovated in 2021. Pretty little fisherman's house tastefully renovated, full of character. The house is located on the banks of the Trieux in the small harbor at the bottom of the Goas Vilinic estuary. Your stay will be punctuated by the tides. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks along the towpath. Beautiful outings await you, such as the descent of the Trieux, beautiful hikes or a Paimpol Pontrieux trip in a steam train or the descent or ascent of the Trieux with the boat Le Passeur du Trieux.

Comfortable holiday cottage, ideal for a bucolic stay or just passing through. At 600 m you will discover the grandiose beach of Le Moulin and the village with its restaurants and shops. At 30 minutes, the island of Bréhat is another world.
