The old bandit's refuge is located in the village of Monte Agruxiau, 4 km from the historic center of Iglesias and 6 km from the nearest beaches. It is a historic home, with a beautiful stone facade, completely renovated and furnished. It consists of a living room-kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom on the first floor. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
