The old bandit's refuge is located in the village of Monte Agruxiau, 4 km from the historic center of Iglesias and 6 km from the nearest beaches. It is a historic home, with a beautiful stone facade, completely renovated and furnished. It consists of a living room-kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom on the first floor. The location is completed by a delightful little outdoor veranda furnished with a small table, chairs, and a garden umbrella. IUN: R1142

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
