Welcome to Skotvik holiday house. In Skotvik, you can relax in peaceful surroundings, go on a mountain hike or take a trip to the sea and fish with the 18-foot aluminum boat that is located by the jetty. Registered, tourist export of fish is permitted. Aluminum boat with 20 HP motor for rent. (Included in weekly rent). Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee. Cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, or clean yourself. 3 km to shop, Coop Marked Naustbukta.

The cabin is located alone without neighbors and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails on Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or cycle a trip to see the famous Ørnerovet. Fra balkongen kan du nyte vakre solnedganger, se Hurtigruten seile forbi, eller nyte en kopp kaffe i rolige omgivelser. Uteområdet med kai og flytebrygge er perfekt for avslappende dager i vannkanten, med badestige for de som liker et friskt bad. På klare, mørke vinterkvelder kan du også ha lykken med å se nordlyset danse over himmelen.

The location is close to the city center, airport and nice accessible hiking areas in Brønnøysund. In addition to the integrated kitchen and living room, there is one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Plenty of parking space and a very spacious balcony.

Området byr på et yrende fugleliv om sommeren. Øya har mange turmuligheter til fots, på sykkel og i kajakk. Mulighet for å låne sit on top kajakk for godværsdager. Energikilder på hytta er gass, vedovn og solcelle.
