The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Denne boligen ble opprinnelig bygd i 1920, men totalrenovert i 2017/2018 til opprinnelig stil. Spesielt merkes den innvendige takhøyde som gir en luftig og god følelse. Boligen ligger i en sørvendt skråning med utsikt over parkområdet "Frøkenosen" med sitt varierte fugleliv. Her det gangveier og sitteplasser med "gapahuk" og bålplass for St. Hansfeiring.
