Our outdoor ranch / social area is completely covered, with its own exterior kitchen and long hand crafted dining table. This provides enough space to comfortably host up to 20 people. We are located in a small gated community with 3 other houses. There is a very secure parking lot with a night guard to watch the cars. Daily Housekeeping. This is located on the main road to Manuel Antonio so there is a little road noise. You will also have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get from the parking to the house.
