A bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

Welcome to 1958! In this small apartment everything is like it was in the 50s - with today's technology. The overall style rocks and rolls between cute, stuffy and cozy. Built in 1895, the house was completely renovated and modernised by us in 2015. We are a very nice HsGemeinschaft , a total of 4 parties live in the house. We also live on the ground floor, door to door, so to speak, and are available for questions. The apartment is equipped with everything and if something is missing, or a washing machine is needed, we can help with anything.
