Ländlich, sehr ruhig gelegen aber dennoch Zentral. Kurze Wege nach Wismar oder Schwerin. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Badesee. Ein zauberhafter Spielplatz im Ort. Ab 8 Uhr könnt ihr bei Joanna,s Markt im Ort frische Brötchen/Zeitung kaufen. Lehne dich zurück und genieße diese ruhige, stilvolle Herberge!

Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Wir bieten euch ein Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbettzimmern (1 je SZ mit Rollläden), 1 SZ mit 2 Etagenbetten (mit Rollläden)), 2 Badezimmern, Whirlpool, Sauna, Sandkiste, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, E-Ladesäule und einem rollstuhlgerechten Erdgeschoss auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur. Genieße den Blick auf die Pferde, Ponys, Hühner, Enten oder einfach die Wildvögel. Im Wintergarten ist der Blick in alle Richtungen einfach nur schön und bei gutem Wetter ist beim verweilen auf der Terrasse bestimmt auch ein Pferd beim schmatzen zu hören. In nur 3km Entfernung befindet sich ein Supermarkt und 7km sind es bis in die Innenstadt von Wismar. Alles auch über einen Radweg zu erreichen.

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))
