From the jetty on the property, you can take a nice morning dip, and if you want to go to the beach, there is one just a few minutes' walk away. A small rowboat is available to borrow for excursions or fishing. The water is collected in a pump, the shower is made in lake water and the sink has a beautiful view of the lake. In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The farm is currently farmed by the owner and of course there’re animals in the form of horses, cows, dogs and cats. Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

We have a house of 70 sqm that is 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. Which you are welcome to rent for a long or short period of time. There is a lake view and it takes 3 minutes to walk down to the beach. Good fishing waters and a good walking trail for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Sheets/bed linens/towels are not included)

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis next to Lake Långhalsen in an old 18th-century cottage that is modernly decorated on two floors. Living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen overlooking the lake, comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a total of five beds. Several patios with armchairs and sun loungers in all directions. Possibility to borrow a rowboat. You can use your own casting rod or fishing rod for lake fishing.
