There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. We have a house of 70 sqm located 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. As you are welcome to rent long or short time. It is lake view and they take 3min to walk down to the beach. Good fishing water and a good walking path for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport.
