Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you live in your own modern apartment with open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs that run free in the yard. Parking is available in the yard and possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golfklubb (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköpings Centrum. At bv there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, hot plate, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3 seat sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On practice double bed. Non smoking.

WINTER - ice-skate, cross-country ski, sauna & ice dip SPRING/AUTUMN - canoe, fish, swim, camp, forage or walk. Also known as 'The Grumpy House' due to the amount of times I've hit my head! It has a low ceiling so if you're over 170cm beware! Enjoy the silence......

Enebacken

Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a couple of minutes' walk to the nice beach. The house consists of one double bedroom, one loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is nice to eat both indoors, on the patio or in the sunroom. There is both a wood stove and a fireplace if it is not bathing weather. There is plenty of play space and a child-friendly beach just around the corner.

En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. We have a house of 70 sqm located 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. As you are welcome to rent long or short time. It is lake view and they take 3min to walk down to the beach. Good fishing water and a good walking path for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Sheets/bed linen/towels not included)

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
