Fully-equipped house of 180 sqm built in 2016 in a charming, older style where the kitchen and social areas are on the entrance floor and the four bedrooms are one floor down. From the kitchen you can reach the balcony on the upper floor and a glassed-in patio with infrared heating is below this. 2 bathrooms and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet. The forest where you can find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms is behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and meadows. Below the house there is a swimming area. Dogs are welcome in this home

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The farm is currently farmed by the owner and of course there’re animals in the form of horses, cows, dogs and cats. We have a house of 70 sqm that is 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. Which you are welcome to rent for a long or short period of time. There is a lake view and it takes 3 minutes to walk down to the beach. Good fishing waters and a good walking trail for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Sheets/bed linens/towels are not included)
