We will leave a card in the property for free access during your stay. Always subject to availability. The property is located on the first floor of the building with lift access. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. It has an internet connection (Wi-Fi) that's ideal for working remotely or for staying connected during your stay. REMEMBER THAT: The apartment does not have its own parking, but if you need it, we can help you arrange a booking in a public car park located just 50 metres from the accommodation. IMPORTANT: If you book it, we'll leave the access card in the apartment, where you'll have to pick it up before parking your car in the car park (to avoid charges). Please don't forget to leave it in the apartment when your booking ends. I'll leave two additional keys in the apartment so you can access the apartments without a code. AND IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED PARKING, I will leave the car park access card on the dining room table so that you can park your vehicle. Remember that you'll need to enter the property first to collect the card. ACCESS CODES TO THE APARTMENT The property has two NUKI locks, one on the main door to access the building and another on the front door to the apartment. I'll send you a link so you can install the app and open both doors from your phone. YOUR FIRST BREAKFAST IN FERROL We invite you to your first breakfast at the 90 La Premiere café, just a few metres from the apartment and on one of Ferrol's most iconic streets (Calle Real). They have prepared 6 different menus for you and your companions that you can enjoy on any day during your stay. We are a small family, mainly dedicated to the countryside, and in addition to the house in which we live we have a 16th century PAZO in the process of being renovated. We're taking it one step at a time, and we're currently renting the one we're presenting here. We adapt to guests and offer a quiet rural setting, with the possibility of getting to know our family farm. We're getting started with this vacation rental and we're finding out that we love it!
