Villa Gilbert

Villa Gilbert is located in Vins-sur-Caramy, in the heart of Provence. The villa with private heated pool is situated in a particularly peaceful location, at the highest point of the village, and can accommodate easily 8 to 10 people, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a good Wi-Fi connection both indoors and outdoors. Table football and a ping-pong table are available. It is an excellent base for excursions to the French Riviera and the beautiful Provençal villages.

The Patio - Relaxation area, jacuzzi and BBQ

Small air-conditioned resting place of 23m2 located on our fenced private property with parking. Very well located: quiet, 1 km from the center, 5 min walk to shops, 2 km from the highway. You have a patio and a private hot tub (from June 1st to September 30th) as well as an electric BBQ. Living room: sofa bed. Kitchen: dishwasher, mo and oven, Bedroom: direct access to the patio and bathroom, 140 bed and made on arrival. Bathroom-wc: Shower, washing machine. No smoking, no pets allowed.

New modern house, heated pool and walking distance to the beach 'plage du Pradon'. The villa is also on a hill with a view of the peninsula 'presqu'ile de Giens'. The upper level has the kitchen / living / master bed and bath. A large outdoor patio gives on to the pool . Master bed is 200x200. Downstairs on the lower level, 3 guest bedrooms give on to a large wooden deck and a sand field to enjoy relaxing and play games. Beds are 140x190, 130x200 and the 3 single beds are 85x190

Located in the sought-after neighborhood of Mourillon, this duplex house accommodates up to four guests. Composed of an equipped kitchen, spacious shower room, living room with sofa bed and mezzanine with queen size bed and storage. Completely renovated, air-conditioned and equipped for your comfort, whether you are on vacation or on a business trip. Close to all amenities: Provençal market 6/7 days a week, quality food shops, 24/7 convenience stores, many bars and restaurants.

Fully equipped house in a quiet subdivision close to the village and shops (7 min walk). Access to a private outdoor area and swimming pool. Ideally located, close to the motorway access towards Nice (1h30), Marseille (1h) and Aix en Provence (45 min). Toulon/Hyères 30 min. Close to the beaches but in the Var countryside. All nearby shops. I had to apply a cleaning fee but I can deduct it on request, if you commit to really doing it (shower, floors...)😉

In the heart of the garrigue, we offer a 35 m2 studio with a 60 m2 private garden and an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Cuers city center is a 5-minute drive (3 km). The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.

Eva's Cabanon

Spend relaxing hours on the terrace in a secluded location with a beautiful view without vis-à-vis. The typical Provencal village of Cabasse (almost without tourists) is the starting point for numerous excursions, e.g. bike tours, climbing, golfing. The vacation home does not have a pool. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome - but they are not allowed in bed or on the couch.
