There are good restaurants and the Esmarin sports centre nearby, which also offers wellness. Mníšek pod Brdy is an ideal place for trips to Brdy, there are many hiking trails and cycling trails in the area.

Even the world-famous “houseboat” is inspired by us! We offer a comfortable place to stay in the former courtyard above the unique medieval castle of Krivoklat. The stone that our house was built on remembers the presenters of Michelangelo Buonarroti, Williama Shakespeare... The house is adjacent to a direct walking path to the Crowd Castle (360m). The same footpath takes you to the village, to several hubs of hiking trails, to the information center of the Czech Forests, to the store (270 m), restaurant (315 m) and to the playground (230 m).

The cottage is family and pet friendly. The cottage has a spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside towards the Berounka River. You'll enjoy beautiful trips nearby on foot or by bike. The garden around the cottage is fenced and lockable. It is also possible to use the built dog pen. There is a fire pit in the backyard for an evening sitting by the campfire. There is also a charcoal grill. Next to the cottage there is a small playground with a carousel, children's house, slide, swings, sandpit.

Chata Dřevák

Chata Dřevák is an experience accommodation on the edge of the forest near Štěpánský pond designed especially for families with children. Well accessible - 35 min. by car from Prague, 30 min from Pilsen. Parking on the property. Štěpánský pond is located 500m from the cottage. Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area and Brdy Protected Landscape Area with the highest natural peak of Central Bohemia - Tok can be reached by car in 10 minutes. If you are looking for nature and peace, come to relax in Chalet Dřevák.

Everyone can rest in our house. There are 2 bathrooms, a spacious children's room, a room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a living area with a fireplace. Large garden, fireplace (including wood), barbecue, outdoor seating. Kitchen equipped with all accessories including lever coffee maker and grinder, induction, oven. Nearby: Jindřichova skála, Castle Valdek, Tok, Jordan, .... Walking and cycling trips. Swimming in the Zaskal dam. We only rent the house when we are outside of the Czech Republic.

The apartment is part of a family house and has a separate entrance. When looking out the window, you can notice a beautiful view of the Berounka River.
