Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Das gemütliche Apartment befindet sich in unserem selbst bewohnten Haus. Es hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zum Apartment gehört ein Aussenbereich mit Grill und Feuerschale - mit wunderbarem Blick über die Mecklenburger Wiesen und Wälder. Oft sind Kraniche in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beoachten und zu hören. Am Rande des Naturparkes Sternberger Seenland und nicht weit vom Warnowdurchbruchstal gelegen, gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Natur-, Kunsthandwerk- und Geschichtsinteressierte.

Secluded location near the Baltic Sea

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Our vacation home is located in an absolutely secluded location and is 30 minutes' drive from the Baltic Sea beach in Rerik. You can relax on a 4,000 m² natural property. A break in nature and yet close to Wismar, Rostock, Warnemünde and the Baltic Sea. The house has 3 bedrooms for a total of 10 people. In the living room, there is a fireplace. There is also a kitchen and dining room, as well as 2 bathrooms.

An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a beautiful landscape, our second vacation home is located on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberg lake landscape in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden house on Lake Großer Wariner! Nestled in a beautiful garden, the house welcomes you. An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

The apartment Waldesruh is located on the old estate of the forest estate Laase with idyllic wooded park, very quiet. It has its own terrace with garden (the lawn is just sown and is green from June 2024). The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers and families with children. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity.
