We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Cozy ground-floor 1-room apartment with about 34 sqm. There are three sleeping places: one double bed and a sofa bed 1.80 m long. There is a separate small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. Also bed linens and blankets. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine on the first floor. A free parking space is right by the house. The Bodenseecard-West is included!

Welcome to the small, fine studio overlooking the lake and in the wildly romantic garden, a few steps from the shore of Lake Constance with its inviting swimming spots. In the same house there is a flower shop with café, shopping, beach, train station and harbor are within walking distance and the lake bike path leads past the house. The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
