Situated not far from the town of Balleroy which has a bar, a supermarket and two boulangeries. Nearby is a forest with walking & cycling paths. NB The accommodation is on three floors, the main floor is the living/dining room, with views of the valley and waterfall. A haven for wildlife including kingfishers. The bilingual English owners live on site.

Ideally located for walks in exotic forests, within walking distance.  1 hour from Mont Saint Michel and about 30 minutes from the landing beaches.

This terraced house is close to many places to visit Saint-Lô 10 min Landing Beach 40min. Also enjoy the garden with its pool, games and table (May - September) Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. An ashtray is provided outside. Pets are of course welcome (we have 2 cats) 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one with an extra bed (2 people) In the hall, a sofa bed for 2 people
