Kitchen: well-equipped. Spices and oil included. Bedroom: 150cm bed. Bed linen included. Bathrooms: towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner included. Access to hair dryer and washing machine. Welcome! 😃👍🏼 The apartment has a large plot of 120 m², but 78 m² floor area with normal ceiling height. Here is a garden on both sides. Great view of Puddefjorden, Askøy, Fløyen and Ulriken. It is 80 meters to the Kiwi store. Short walk to the light rail about 450 m. - and a 20 min walk to Bergen city center. Haukeland hospital are a few minutes away. Erik has just retired as a 62 year old and is looking forward to facilitating our guests. Erik and Siv want to offer you a nice stay!😘👍🏼

My favourite place.

My attic-livingroom and my favourite place. You will have your own private area, bathroom and a small kitchen all to yourself. This area is made to serve as a relaxing room for us. The window is facing south wich allows a lot of light entering the room. The neighbourhood is quiet and family friendly. A 25-30 min walk will take you to the city center. There are several grocery stores and a pharmacy close by, cafes, many beautiful possibilities for walking, hiking and also swimming in the bay.

From the windows of the apartment you can see 5 of the 7 mountains in Bergen and from the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the buildings in Sandviken with mountain views. PS: the stairs are narrow

Cozy attic apartment with a nice panoramic view of Bergen. It is located a quick walk from the city center (15 min.), and only 5 min from closest tram stop. Open modern studio flat with smart layout including kitchenette and bathroom. We operate with flexible check in/check out, but we all work during daytime on weekdays, thus check-in after 15.30 p.m is preferrable. Earlier check-in could be possible when agreed upon in advance.
