Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

My place is 25 minutes by car south of HH Mitte, bus stop approx. 300 meters, train station 7 km (Sprötze). Outdoor swimming pool 3 km away. Toilet and shower are approx. 40 meters. Firewood, linens and towels included; kettle and 220 V available. - Unfortunately, dogs are only allowed to sleep UNDER or IN FRONT of the car! - The car is parked on the meadow on the edge of a versatile organic farm. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our house is located in a holiday home area on a 3000sqm property in a beautiful little forest near Hamburg. It is easy to commute to the city by train or car. Right in front of the door there starts the Luneburger Heath with all its activities, resturants and trails.
