Here you have access to a villa with garden located in central Borgholm. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, only a 7-minute walk to the town square. Large, spacious kitchen and living room on one floor. A large bedroom with 180 cm bed and spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double sink and shower. As well as a lovely outdoor room with a unique view of Borgholm Castle. The garden is completely private. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and sauna/whirlpool tub, toilet, shower, hobby room/pub.

This villa (2023) is located in a quiet area directly adjacent to hiking trails that lead to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and the sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and is about 5 km to both the west and east coast, 3 km to the grocery store, 5 km to Färjestaden and about 20 km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Swedish cottage, nestled in the heart of the enchanting Småland forest. Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan is located in Fröseke in the heart of Småland. Just outside the cabin, Alsterån flows past and in the pond by the river there is a jetty with a boat that guests can use. The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the village, has a sauna and seats up to 8 guests. Here in Glasriket you can not only visit the glassworks with their design history, outside the warm cabins there is untouched nature, lakes, cultural history and 40 minutes away is the Baltic Sea. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the daily necessities. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Smaland at its best.
