The accommodation is located on an approximately 3000m² plot with separate terrace not far from the beach, in the countryside and in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock. It is only 12 km to the Baltic Sea, the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. It leads through the forest a converted bike path to the beach. Fantastic apartment near the Baltic Sea

You are located in the northeast of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly and only 15 minutes' walk from the Warnow, 10-15 minutes' drive from Warnemünde beach. The Baltic Sea beach in Markgrafenheide, Hohe Düne or Graal Müritz can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car without problems. The city center can also be reached in about 10 minutes via the highway (A19) and federal highway (B105). Shopping facilities can be reached in just 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
