Welcome to Natural State Lodge! Come and get a unique experience that captures the spirit of The Natural State. You can bike directly from the house to the Tunnel Vision Trail (Ridgeline Retreat) located down the street. Golf courses, tennis courts, minigolf, and the BV Rec Center are all within biking distance. Play ping pong or pool in the garage or relax on the back porch. Family friendly with TV's in all rooms. Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, or the Bentonville Square is 15 minutes away.

Nestled at the end of a quiet street is our 1,790 sq. ft. split bedroom, one level townhome with an awesome 20 x12 sunroom (air and heated) overlooking 7th fairway/Brittany, updated kitchen with granite etc 2024. Approx. .50 from the Dogwood Golf Course, exercise facility, 400 yds. to Back 40 Trails, 15 min. to Bentonville (shops, restaurants) , Crystal Bridges and Pinnacle hills. (shops, dining and entertainment activities). We are surrounded by 6 golf courses, 7 lakes and natural beauty.

Adjoining garage space for parking (garage space is small and will only accommodate a small to mid-size auto) additional parking available. DO NOT BLOCK GARAGES. Close to Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airports, & shopping. Large yard w/ private outdoor space and firepit. Relax in our magnificent residence called, "Stone Castle." You will have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within our residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).
