Village house in exposed stone, refurbished, very bright, 90m2. Parking in front of the house. Ideal for hiking and walks in the Pyrenees/getaway to Toulouse. Train station within walking distance. All shops in the municipality, on foot. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher); TV/Wi-Fi lounge and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and one bathroom WC. A very large bedroom with dressing room and 140 bed. A small bedroom with a 140 bed.

This stone house, on the margins of a small village, in the middle of the hillsides was built in 1810 on a large plot, it was completely renovated this year. Thanks to the swimming pool (8m by 4) with its large sliding wooden terrace (which also allows you to close it), at the barbecue or at the ping pong table you can spend good times in the open air. The place also offers beautiful walks with views of the Pyrenees which are an hour's drive away (Toulouse is also 1 hour away).
