Enjoy the charm of the renowned seaside resort of Bénodet (5 stars), with this very beautiful, very bright, fully renovated one bedroom apartment, on the 1st floor of a small exceptionally quiet residence, with a magnificent sea view. The residence is ideally located, close to two sandy beaches, close to all shops, restaurants (whose maps of the best addresses will be available), a cinema, a casino and a completely renovated Thalasso (all at 500 m).

The apartment is small but well-equipped and functional. Its new sofa bed is comfortable and very easily convertible. The kitchen area has everything you need ( mini oven, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, etc...). The apartment is located in a secure residence. He's not to be overlooked.
