If you are looking for a peaceful country setting with sunset, forest and meadow views, then this house is what you are looking for. Large garden, high and undisturbed located. 2 miles to the nearest village with shop, 3 km to the fishing lake where a canoe is available, 10 km to the lake with swimming area. Perfect for large family who wants to have their own place with large areas to hang out in a rural setting. The standard is simple and the house is in the 80's working condition.

Small cozy cottage near lakes ( fishing license) and swimming and nice forest trails in a peaceful environment, bike mountain bike Single sign yet very close ( approx 2 km) Bäckefors community which is a knot point for buses. Large playground, outdoor gym football/volly ball/boule plan Elljus track, gas station with inn, consumption store pizzeria , hairdresser etc. Large Parabolic many channels, foreign including German free channels Fri Wifi , Netflix etc.

House from 2018 own peninsula, at Stora Le in Nøssemark

Short way to the sea, all alone with no direct neighbors. A peninsula alone, but still central with approx. 30 min to town. And 10 min to shop and restaurant. In one with nature There are good fishing opportunities in Stora Le. Which the yard borders. It is possible to rent a 14ft alu boat, with 20Hp. It is only rented to people who are used to a boat.
