A small but nice vacation home in a sunny and very private location, centrally yet quietly located, 2 floors, large balcony and patio with barbecue, 1 parking space right in front. The house was extensively renovated by 2017. A gem of tranquility and relaxation. The property is fenced so that a dog cannot leave it alone. We are happy to make you an offer. From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

In 2020, we completely remodeled the old school in Zeltingen-Rachtig into three modern design lofts. The Wolkenturm apartment is located in Zeltingen-Rachtig. On-site parking as well as a secure parking space for bicycles. Our apartments are perfect for a nice vacation for two. New: Each guest receives a free public transport ticket for bus, train and boat throughout the stay.
