House, beautiful garden, swimming pool and playground near Prague

Absolute peace and privacy 30 minutes from Prague. The road ends here, then there are only forests and Velkopopovicko Nature Park. Parking is available in the courtyard. House with a large and cozy space on the ground floor. Outside, a large terrace with seating and views of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond and various nooks. Upstairs, 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Take advantage of the swimming pool and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. We will be happy to lend you equipment.

Romantic cottage few steps from swimming in nature

Romantic wood cottage is last from the cottage settlement & the nearest one to water dam. There is nice garden with hammock. Its a beautiful place for rest, swim, walk in nature, listen to birds and charge “your battery”. Ideal for people who love nature. It’s possible to rent a canoe (host) or water pedal, small boat etc in camp nearby. The toilet is dry on the garden. There isn’t a stove yet, so take some warm clothes in case weather is cold! The cottage is fully equipped to cook easy meals.

Family ship Mlejnec

Our farmhouse is located in solitude, about 300 m from the village. The place is really peaceful with very beautiful nature and many animals living in their natural area. I’d recommend it for those who want to relax and stay close to our animals for some time. You can go for a walk to the nearest Czech village, to big fields or to the forest. The living area is separated from our house and has wheelchair access. Public transport is not well accessible here. It is ideal to arrive by car.

Spacious Sazava Riverside Retreat

River views and privacy in our 70 sq m apartment on the Sazava River. Nature all around. Forest walks, bike trails, swimming in the river, an evening drink at the riverside pub (in summer). The apartment is a 40 minute drive from Prague via D1 or there is regular railway access from Prague Main Station. Baby cot and bedding available on request for 250CZK per day.
