Its facilities include the new T3 terminal, which, in addition to having renovated the facilities, has a large transport interchange. Access to all its terminals is easy, both by private vehicle and by using the public transport that connects it with Malaga capital and other important municipalities in the province. It also has a space dedicated to general aviation, hosting private flights. The entire complex has a large and varied shopping area. Our apartment has splendid views of the Marina and the sea. The apartment is on the 5th floor of building a located on the Promenade, 5 min walk from the Beach, and 5 minutes to supermarket and bars, restaurants. We are 100 metres from the Marina, the lively commercial and leisure centre, and a 20 min walk from the Carihuela.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, 40m2 & 60m2 terrace. Very cozy. It has a view of the ocean and sun all day. Look west. It's on the ground floor. Ideal for a couple. Babies & children NOT ALLOWED. The building has 60 apartments. The pool is seasonal and cosy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the promenade & Santa Ana beach & the park & bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 Air co & all appliances are new. I have 600 MB of WiFi
