It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Upper level of remodeled houseboat with rooftop deck, full kitchen and laundry where every detail is thoughtfully designed including local artists' work. Large room with separate entrance, private bathroom & deck in a stunning redwood grove in large Mill Valley home on the Middle Dipsea steps. Our ‘park like’ one acre property has spectacular views of Mount Tam. It is 3 mi. via Dipsea trail to Muir Woods, 7.5 miles from Stinson and a 10 min walk down the steps to town. You’ll have on site parking and safe storage for bikes, surfboards, scuba gear, etc. We are experienced Air BnB hosts and travelers who know what you need to enjoy Marin.

With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.
