Adorable 1 bedroom/1 bathroom house; 5 minutes from downtown Homer, Alaska. Very spacious with a vaulted ceiling, great for a date weekend out of town or request one of our air mattress’s for a place for kids to sleep. Relax in our comfortable living room with a 55” TV. There’s parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles or a boat and a nice front lawn for lounging, or barbecuing on our wood pellet grill (Traeger). We are often visited by Moose or Sandhill Cranes in the front yard. No Cleaning Fee!

Cute and Cozy Tiny House with big yard, queen bed, propane grill burners, microwave, toilet, hot water, and shower. Does not have oven. Guests should be comfortable safely using propane systems and a completely vertical latter to loft. Electric cannot support heavy duty appliances so please do not plan on bringing your own appliances. Walking distance to Pioneer businesses, restaurants, grocery stores, and the movie theater.
