The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

Charming fully-equipped and nicely decorated Parisian apartment. In the heart of the lively Belleville district, this very bright two-room apartment offers nice views of Belleville Park and the Church of Ménilmontant. This very pleasant bobo-chic neighborhood offers a very Parisian atmosphere, with many cafes, restaurants and cultural activities. This is my own apartment: you will feel at home, for a typical Parisian experience.

Covid-19: To ensure the highest level of safety, we follow the cleaning rules recommended by Airbnb, we use a bleach disinfectant spray. Vintage, friendly and warm apartment of 60m2 refurbished. It is quiet on courtyard and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant subway, a changing neighborhood with many local shops, close to the Jean-pierre Timbaud neighborhood, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise.
