Private separate entrance with back sitting area looking out to woods where bunnies, deer, and other wildlife can be seen. We have also a resident Osprey that enjoys his fish here. The unit is comfortable and quiet, fully air conditioned with one bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and sitting area with tv and wifi.

Downtown, Queen’s campus and Lake Ontario are a 5-minute drive. Kitchen has everything for cooking + simple breakfast; bagels, cereals hot/cold etc. Enjoy TV, kids toys & books by the fireplace. Master bedroom on lower level is large, private with fireplace.
