Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge in the king size bed master. The bike trails, golf, and lakes all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

The GreyWood - a 2 bedroom bungalow on the Back40

Renovated in 2022, this home is in a quiet street in North Bella Vista! The home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, expansive deck with grill included, open living area, and laundry room. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with their own TV. The quiet, back deck has outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet and a large picnic table. The carport has the best feature - a lockable, 5 bike storage to keep all your gear safe. Of course, the house is located on the Back40 with a path to the Back40!

Guest experience is our top priority; with owners less than 10 mins. away, we are here to help if you need it! A private “duplex” style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista’s Back 40. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

Summit House: Back40 Trail-side Retreat

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Arkansas/Missouri border. Minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.

You can hike or bike directly from the cabin, surrounded by forest on 3 sides and NO TRAFFIC! Enjoy two large covered porches with views of the woods where you can grill, read or enjoy your morning coffee. There's plenty of off street parking (street parking is NOT allowed, and a fire pit with wood! You and your dog will have plenty of room to run or just stretch your legs. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.
