Located 400m from the sea. The house has a covered garage, air conditioning in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There are two houses on the same plot, but with private spaces and individual entrances, with this residence being at the back.
