Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Pinheiro da Chave Hill

Small, rustic Alentejo house, renovated, with the essential comforts to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, but also close to the immensity of the sea. Private, fenced space, with 2 houses nearby, belonging to the owner, with little movement and absolute discretion. It has a barbecue and a covered space for outdoor dining. Access: 2.5 km from the village of Melides, where you can buy all the necessary consumer goods at the Market and Minimarkets, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants.

Cerro do Poio Ruivo is located in the lower Alentejo, on the edge of the Santa Clara Dam, with nature in all its splendor and harmony. There are about 10 hectares, surrounded by water in about 2/3 of its extension being an ideal place for nautical and terrestrial sports. This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Here you will certainly be happy during your stay !!! If you want a long stay and need to work, I can provide an internet router.

Perfect place for a relaxed holiday and away from the hustle and bustle of cities!
