Kaya House

Reach the sea in 5 minutes by car and enjoy the sea and sun at the beaches that do not charge an entrance fee. Enjoy the same pleasure at public beaches as well. Relieve the fatigue of the sea while sipping your coffee on the large panoramic porch of your house, which is for your exclusive use. Capture the island of Lesbos and the Sea while walking the paths that enter the forest in the cool of the morning. If you're lucky, you can pick thyme and brew tea. Travel through history by visiting the ancient city of Assos and its school of philosophy.

It is an off-grid house located in an olive grove. It gets its energy from the sun and its water from the rain. In the spring months, the garden is completely covered with wild flowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, and you can swim in the sea within a 5-minute walk. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you hear no sound other than birdsong.

Our carefully decorated stone house in the village of Büyükhusun, with unmatched and uninterrupted sea views, is a short drive away for those who want to explore the Assos region, its nature and its sea. This is our house number 2 in our building, which consists of 3 blocks next to each other. There is no common area; the place and the terrace are all yours. Our house has three floors: There is an open kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom with 2 double beds on the upper floor, and a terrace on the top floor that offers a full sea view.

You will come out of the lush garden full of weeping willows, linden and fruit trees and in 40 steps you will encounter the Aegean Sea, Lesbos Island, Sivrice Bay and a magnificent sunset view. When you turn your head slightly to the left, you will see the Necropolis and the West Gate standing in all its majesty, and you will see how close you are to the Temple of Athena and the streets where Aristotle taught. You are within walking distance of cafes and restaurants from this painting studio/home with private parking.

Assos/Sazlı Stone House

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.

This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

The tiny house can be reached by a car within 10 minutes from the ancient city of Assos, Çanakkale. It is on an unspoiled small bay which is located in front of Lesbos, basically the only building on the bay. Therefore it is a great place to enjoy the calm, intimacy and peace that comes from connecting with nature. It is %90 built with recycled, reused, local and natural materials. It aims lowest carbon footprint for the environmental integrity so it is powered with renewable solar energy.

We have not altered the exterior of our detached stone house in Behramkale, which is entirely a protected area. We designed the interiors of these youngest centuries-old structures to meet your habits you can't give up. It is your choice to dive into the thoughts of "should or should it not be" in the inner courtyard or in the backyard "I like you that way, did I like you that way?" You can watch the sunrise from our garden and the setting from the temple. All the best.
