House located in the heart of the Loupiac vineyards. A stone's throw from the Sauternes region, very close to the pretty village of Cadillac. It will take you 30 minutes to reach St Émilion, 30 minutes to Bordeaux and 1 hour to the Arcachon basin. Beautiful walks around are possible. The village opens a tavern every evening at the Gallo-Roman villa. A nice community café is close to the house. The house is suitable for a family of 4 with 2 children.

The accommodation is a former rural gîte, freshly updated for Airbnb rental, with the addition of a small in-ground pool. You will be charmed by the calm and serenity of this exceptional place. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
