Created in 2024 in the former Jules Ferry school, built in 1907, this 120 m² duplex loft has a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a separate toilet and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a bathroom, a separate toilet and an open-plan office space that can accommodate a child (extra bed). Enfin, vous séparant de notre habitation, vous trouverez une salle de jeu avec un billard américain et… Un bowl de skate! Vélos et planches de surf peuvent également être mis à disposition.

Our annex is a peaceful and rejuvenating place, between lake and ocean. It is the perfect base for exploring the Médoc: Lake Hourtin, the ocean beaches of Pin Sec and Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac-sur-Mer, the Gironde estuary, vineyards... The accommodation has been recently renovated in a cabin style. It can accommodate: - up to 3 adults, - or 2 adults and 1 child. Possibility of accommodating a 2nd child upon prior request.
