A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

A short drive or hop on the OCNJ jitney (which stops at our block) to the downtown OC business district or boardwalk. Walk or bike over to the 34th street park to play tennis/basketball or enjoy the playground. Pickleball courts are a short drive or bike ride away.
