Cabin-by-the-falls

One-bedroom cabin (one double bed only) for those who want tranquility. Parking at main house and then short walk downhill, then level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

Unique redwood cabin on Lake Champlain, newly renovated and situated in a quiet neighborhood of year round residents. Perfect for a quiet retreat or a family getaway. One master bedroom, bath, & one great room which includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, sitting area, and a twin-over-full bunkbed for the kids. Large deck facing the lake with BBQ grill and backyard campfire stove. Stairs lead down to a stone beach. Two kayaks on site. Lapham Bay boat launch is 1 mile up the road.
