Guests staying with us in Lynchburg can visit our baby goats and petting zoo free of charge at our Peaks of Otter Farm stay. 25 baby goats as of 3-31-25! ROMANTIC, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE and COZY is how our guests describe our barn studios. The studio apartments offer private baths, private entrances, kitchenettes with fridge and microwave. We are 3 miles to LU in a great part of town and close to food and shopping.

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. 15min to Town of Bedford and D-Day Memorial. 35min to Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Smith Mtn Lake. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign).

We are 2 miles to Rt. 460, DDay Memorial, restaurants, and shops in historic Bedford. Centrally located between Smith Mtn. Lake, Lynchburg & Roanoke. The sister cottage next door is also available to rent.
