Relax in this quiet and elegant duplex, refurbished of 60 m2 , located on the 2nd floor of a small building, it is accessed by an external staircase from the parking lot. Small balcony, crossing, south facing, not overlooked, very green neighborhood. Ground floor, air-conditioned and sunny. Large living room with lounge (TV, wifi), dining area. Two bedrooms, one on the first and one on the ground floor with a large wardrobe . Toilet on the ground floor but bathroom on the first floor.

In a former private mansion, this perfectly renovated 2-room apartment on the 2nd and top floor will delight you. The high ceilings and exceptional brightness of this south-facing apartment make it a very pleasant and warm space to stay in. The old floor tiles in the living room/kitchen, the patchwork of tiles in the bedroom and bathroom, and the stone wall of the bedroom with the old exposed beams give it a rare charm and make it a place where you feel good.
