This cottage style home was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Eureka Springs. It is nestled near a creek that runs year round and provides a beautiful setting and soothing sound. It is in town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, and yet it is very private with no neighbors in sight. You can step across the street and get your mountain bike on one of the most popular mountain biking trails in Eureka Springs. There is a hot tub, and we are pet friendly!

Beautiful lake-view home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Beaver Lake. Located within walking distance (around 5 min, not directly in front of the house) to the shore where you can take a quick swim and two State Parks, Lost Bridge North and Lost Bridge South (approx 4 mile). Both parks offer a swimming area and a boat ramp where you can launch your boat. The Marina, located at Lost Bridge North, also offers boat rentals and overnight slip rental.
