An 18 hole golf course runs through the community. Few minutes walk to the Highway 6 bus stop. The bus is free. Five min drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.

It is Beaver Creek's best value for ski-in/ski-out access located just below Beaver Creek Village. Ski down to the Elkhorn Lift out the back of the building and ski home via the skier bridge. It is just a short 5 minute walk to Beaver Creek Village where you can enjoy boutique shopping, ice skating, fresh chocolate chip cookies daily at 3:00 pm and top-rated restaurants.

Our home includes a one car garage, additional outdoor parking, hot tub (shared with a few adjacent townhomes), porch and numerous amenities.
