Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

This pied-à-terre has a large living room with a TV, a kitchen open to the living room with a bar and equipped with everything with a dining table, an equipped pantry, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms and a large terrace with dining table and barbecue. An atypical side: The shower and vanity are in the bedroom.
