A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Nestled among live oak trees, surrounded by a natural southern garden, the Live Oak Retreat provides a truly peaceful and private setting. This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

The Santini Cottage renovated in 2023, 3-bedroom 2 bath sleeps 6. Living Room/Dining Room offers plenty of natural light for working. Fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a Roku TV & ceiling fan. A short drive to downtown you'll find restaurants, boutiques & galleries overlooking Waterfront Park. Enjoy the Spanish Moss Trail, Parris Island, Port Royal & Sands Beach, Cypress Wetland Nature Preserve. Hunting Island State Park is about a 30-minute drive (Pass provided).
