Relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation. The property is set in 6 hectares of meadows, completely quiet. The house has been completely refurbished with beautiful materials. The very comfortable beds are also new. You have access to the 5x10 swimming pool and its terrace, as well as to the tennis court with its sound bar and terrace from which you can watch the games. The guest-house "La Bergerie" is part of our small estate, known locally as ‘Le Petit Chateau du Marthe’, and only a 10 minute drive from junction 26 of the A28 autoroute, 39km from Tours airport and 48km from Le Mans. The estate enjoys a hill-top position, which affords panoramic views across the valley of the Loir (a tributary of La Loire), and especially so from La Bergerie’s private terrace, where wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed.
