Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.

You'll love sipping coffee and watching the sunset from the front deck of this beautiful and much sought after 3rd floor ocean view condo with private pool and a beach access is just a short walk away. This NON-SMOKING condo includes, 2 flat screen SmartTVs, cable, & private WiFi. The kitchen contains all essential tool, a limited amount of spices/staples. There's also a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. The queen sofa bed sleeps 2 comfortably. No pets are allowed.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).
